Business & Employment
The Business Skills includes five categories as follow:
- Business Owner (owner or part owner of a business)
- Senior Executive (senior executive employees of major business)
- Established Business in Australia (people temporarily in Australia as owners or part owners of a business)
- Regional Established Business in Australia (similar to the above with a business in a designated area of Australia)
- Investment-linked (investors or business people to invest in Australia)
Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)
This program has been designed for Australian employers to recruit a highly skilled staff from overseas when they have been unable to fill a position from within the Australian labour market. A position must be permanent and full time.
Temporary Overseas Employee
Australian employers who are unable to recruit employee from within the Australian labour market may be able to sponsor staff from overseas on a temporary basis,
for a period of up to four years.
Skill Occupations
This program has designed for a highly skilled person, under the age of 45
with English efficiency to migrate to Australia.
The person must have at least a post secondary education level and must nominate an occupation, which is one of the occupations on the Skilled Occupation List. Relevant experience is also required except for the person graduated from an Australian education institution and applies within six months of graduation.
Family Migration
People interesting to apply for migration within this program must be sponsored by
a close family member or fianc6 living in Australia. The sponsor must be either an Australian citizen,
a permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

- Child (Child, Adoption and Orphan Relative)
Parent
- Other Family (Aged Dependent Relative, Remaining Relative and Carer)
